28mm Caiman first look

Our 15mm M2189 Caiman Heavy Infantry Combat Vehicle is a very popular model -- we have trouble keeping it in stock!  So we've decided to add that vehicle to our upcoming line of 28mm Sci Fi vehicles, and have had it printed.  Here's a first peek at the print.  Sorry the photo is blurry, I'm afraid that's about as good as my photography gets.

I gasped when it came out of the box -- it's breathtaking!  As a person used to 15mm scale vehicles, it's quite an eye opener to see the same armoured vehicle in 28mm scale.

In other 28mm news, our equally popular M3918 Polecat Armoured Light Utility Vehicle is in the process of casting now, and we've already sent one preview casting off to a top sci fi vehicle painter to be finished for display.  Stay tuned for further developments.

  1. Tasty indeed! I have several items on my shopping list. The 15 mm version of this with the marines and aliens to go with it!

Now the 28mm may end up on that list as well...

  3. Do you plan on convering your entire federal tanks line to 28mm? I'm thrilled to have a ultra modern sci fi tank.

    1. Sure, if there's a market for them. I'll see how this and the Polecat do.

  5. Count me in!!!!!

Your 15 mm figures are amazing but I would love to use these vehicles instead of other 28 mm vehicles.

I will have to start saving money now :)

    Happy Gaming,

    Allan

  6. any chance of a progress update with the 28mm range (or more specifically the Caiman and Polecat models) ?

I'm sure you're aware of a recent Kickstarter called Sedition Wars - a board game heavily influenced by "Aliens", that also has plans to go to full table top war gaming in the future.

These two vehicles are just crying out to be used in the SW universe.

    1. any idea how long it's going to be? and perhaps equally important, what the likely price of one of these beauties will be?

  8. In my search of AT-43 proxies, I try you M3918 Polecat Armoured Light Utility Vehicle, and it's good for the scale, superior for the casting, and your shipping time is excellent. So, I try soon your other 28mm model, and hope that you cast others! Thank you for your talent!
